Tammy brings over 15 years of extensive experience in commercial real estate. With a strong background in overseeing both the operational and financial performance of diverse assets including life sciences, office, retail, R&D, and residential spaces, Tammy has honed her skills across various sectors. Previously serving as a Director for BioMed Realty, where she managed a 2 million square foot campus in South San Francisco. Her multifaceted skill set encompasses operations management, budgeting, financial management, construction, project management, and more.

She is not OSHA certified and falls asleep during most meetings; however, her contribution to the culture is irreplaceable. She's never met a treat she didn't like and loves jumping through the waves at the beach.
