Senior Project Manager

Tammy brings over 15 years of extensive experience in commercial real estate to her role at Zitra. With a strong background in overseeing both the operational and financial performance of diverse assets including life sciences, office, retail, R&D, and residential spaces, Tammy has honed her skills across various sectors. Previously serving as a Director for BioMed Realty, where she managed a 2 million square foot campus in South San Francisco, Tammy has held pivotal roles with prominent institutional owners across the San Francisco Bay Area. Her multifaceted skill set encompasses operations management, budgeting, financial management, construction, project management, and more. Additionally, Tammy holds an RPA designation with BOMI International and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson.

Lucy

Chief Safety Officer

Lucy brings 6 years of life experience to the team. In addition to enforcing PPE, she brings a level of security that can be heard blocks away in the event of a threat. She is not OSHA certified and falls asleep during most meetings; however, her contribution to the culture is irreplaceable. She's never met a treat she didn't like and loves a good snuggle. In her spare time, she can found jumping through the waves at Ocean Beach, eating sticks, and hiking local trails.
