This In-Vitro-Fertilization (IVF) Clinic in San Francisco is part of a company called IVI RMA Global. IVI RMA is the largest network of IVF clinics in the world. In this pursuit of their first San Francisco location, the client deliberately selected a downtown building to be accessible to their clients and thus the infrastructure and logistical challenges of a typical office building were posed and overcome along with aggressive budget and schedule criteria.

This technical project consisted of both Clinical and Operating Room functions as well as a critical emergency back-up system. Navigation of permits for hazardous materials and fulfilling the requirements for a stringent operating function accreditation approval process were achieved on top of a fast paced project with stringent budget requirements.
